## Connection instructions

### 1 Copy the subscription link from the email

### 2. Open the Hiddify app

Select the region China, you can leave the language or change it, then click Start

### 3. Adding a subscription

Click New profile

### 4. Adding a subscription

At this stage, it is necessary that the link from the letter is copied correctly. You can try to open the link in the browser, if it opens, then you can click **Add from clipboard**

### 5. Connection

If everything is done correctly, the screen will look like this, you can click connect.

### 6. Adding a subscription

IMPORTANT! When you first connect, you will be asked two questions, both of which must be resolved. If you do not resolve the profile creation, the VPN will not work and you will have to start the installation again.

**Need to do it on Android**

Open the device settings and do similar actions: Apps -> Hiddify -> Battery Save -> no restriction The task is to disable power saving for VPN, as well as allow it to work in the background and autostart. If you do not do this, it will not work for long.

### 7. How to use the app and renew your subscription

1. Connection status&#x20;
2. Connection status and current server&#x20;
3. Updating subscription. The round arrow updates the list of servers.

**If there is no connection**

1. Make sure you have **disabled power saving for the app**.
2. Make sure you are connected to the server (the left of the server is green and the server name is not a date) and the VPN is on.
3. Switch the server manually, this may help.

If nothing helps, contact support with a screenshot.

4. On PC: If you have other VPN programs running, they **must be completely closed**.

5. A COMMON PROBLEM WITH BROWSERS. If you previously installed a VPN or Proxy in the browser, you need to disable it: \
   The easiest and most universal way is to open the Extensions section and delete everything related to VPN, access to YouTube, access to Rutracker.\
   A method that is not suitable for the Yandex browser is to find PROXY or PROXY in the browser settings and disable the current VPN, or select "use system proxy" depending on the browser.

6. Contact support if nothing helps and provide a screenshot of the connected server.
